Shaun Rogers B.Sc. Dip RCPath

Clinical Scientist

Over the last 30 years Shaun has held senior and managerial postions in IVF Clinics across the UK.
He has also travelled extensively across Africa and the Middle East, providing consultancy services to a number of Clinics and hospitals, advising on Embryology and Andrology services. His wealth of knowledge gives a keen insight into the products required in the IVF laboratory and due to his scientific background, all items in the Lab Dynamics portfolio have been considered from this standpoint.

Andy Leonard

Regulatory Affairs Consultant

Andrew completed an honours degree and doctorate in biochemistry at the University of Oxford. After a 12 year post doctoral research career in reproductive endocrinology at UCL Medical School, Andrew joined the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority in 2007. After 15 years, with 10 as a senior inspector, leading part of the inspection team, performing inspections, and having lead responsibilities in inspection methodology development, the regulation of embryo testing, and the implementation of EU Exit on UK fertility sector regulation and gamete and embryo imports and exports, Andrew has left the HFEA, making his regulatory expertise available to companies such as ours.

Mark Heffer

Governance and Process Manager

Mark has joined the Lab dynamics team as the Director of Governance and Process. He has a wealth of experience in performing professional Financial / Fraud Investigations and training junior and senior Detectives.
As a Police Detective he had a distinguished career in Devon and Cornwall Police as well as secondments to other UK forces. With over 30 years’ experience gained in Serious and Organised Crime investigation and Anti-Money Laundering training, his skills are being utilised in the UK and abroad. As a Detective Accredited Financial Investigator Mark was the winner of the prestigious Keith Hughes Award for Excellence in Financial Investigation.
